NFC technology

Compared to the 3-color ink screen, the 4-color ink screen has richer colors and a more realistic display. Add an "Ink Filter" to your images to show off the unique look and feel of the ink screen.

Low power consumption

Ink screen display does not require power to maintain, the pattern will be displayed as usual even when the phone is out of battery. Only when switching patterns will draw a bit of power from the phone, with no power consumption for daily use. There's no magnetic attachment, but you can still use the wireless charger.

Adjustable lens bracket

0° to 115° free adjustment. Aluminum alloy bracket, solid riveted structure, stable and reliable. The screen and the lens are protected by a heightening. The phone is not afraid of abrasion when placed flat on the desktop, and the case absorbs damage when dropped.

How to use

1) Search for [reinkstone] in the App Store, and click to download the APP.

2) Install the smartphone case on the mobile phone and open NFC in the settings.

3) Register and log in to the APP to use it.

4) Open the homepage of reinkstone APP and click on the "4-color e-ink screen" to connect the phone case.

5) Click "Start Your Creation" for DIY creation, start to create your own theme, add text and pictures, edit them freely, and create your own theme.

6) After the creation, click the button in the bottom right corner to synchronize and upload to the smartphone case.

We usually process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During peak season or over holidays, processing times may be longer.

What do I do if my order says it’s arrived but I don’t have it?

Check if your shipping address on your order is correct. Then, check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If it’s not with your neighbors, wait a day or two to see if it was marked as delivered early. If it’s still not there, email us at support@barberknight.com. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, we will do our best to help track down the package.

Can I make changes to my order after its been placed?

Sorry! You will not be able to make changes to your order after it’s been placed. Please reach out if you have any issues. 

Custom / Duty fees / Remittance fee

Customs fees and Sale tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. *We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of their order.
We accept payments in U.S. dollars. If you are making payments in other currencies, the bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please consult your bank.

Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@barberknight.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.

Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

Separate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
Certain items may be on back order
Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@barberknight.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. learn more Return & Refund Policy.

COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well being of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.
You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
